Who We Are …

Ace Automatics is one of several companies owned and operated by the Hilimire family. The business was founded originally in 1946, and the various companies are now owned and operated by second-generation family members, all of whom are actively involved in their businesses. Other businesses include Stanton Automatics and Manhill Food Service. These companies are involved in the businesses of food service and vending, games and amusements, commercial catering and sandwich production, office coffee, and bottled water.

As you can see, we have had a continuous history spanning over seventy years of providing refreshment services to companies and institutions in the greater Finger Lakes region. It is this stability and recognition that have led to our ongoing success. Some of our clients have been with us for over 20 years, a record rarely matched in our industry. In addition to long-term clients, the company is also proud of the fact that many of its employees are long-term. In an industry riddled with turnover, Ace Automatics and the affiliated companies have numerous employees with more than twenty years service, and some with more than thirty.

As a medium-size but financially strong company, Ace Automatics is ideally positioned as a service provider. In our business, bigger is not always better. In fact, client relationships and quality at the point of attack can suffer when companies become large conglomerates. At Ace Automatics, clients always communicate with an officer or owner, and response is immediate!

Ace Automatics has 2 locations in New York State. Our offices and main warehouse are located at 1771 Auburn Rd a 70,000 sq. ft. facility in Seneca Falls, NY, our North Country Division operates out of a warehouse located in Malone, NY.
